Job Summary
Managing incoming calls in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Bilingual Patient Access Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for patients, triaging calls and scheduling appointments while working hybrid in Orlando, FL.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls efficiently and professionally, addressing patient needs and inquiries
- Create patient records and triage calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain productivity levels and meet monthly performance expectations to ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology is highly preferred
- Must reside within 50 miles of Orlando, FL
