Job Summary

Managing incoming calls in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Bilingual Patient Access Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for patients, triaging calls and scheduling appointments while working hybrid in Orlando, FL.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls efficiently and professionally, addressing patient needs and inquiries
  • Create patient records and triage calls to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Maintain productivity levels and meet monthly performance expectations to ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is highly preferred
  • Must reside within 50 miles of Orlando, FL
