Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Bilingual Patient Access Rep - FL will manage patient scheduling, obtain necessary appointment information, and ensure compliance with protocols in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Register new patients by collecting demographics, insurance information, and referral sources
• Handle scheduling requests according to physician and authorization protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• One or more years of experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
• Experience with registration, scheduling, and healthcare benefits is beneficial
• Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment and typing skills are necessary
