Bilingual Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Bilingual Patient Access Representative will manage patient registration and scheduling in a remote call center environment, ensuring compliance with physician protocols and company policies while communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities:

• Register new patients by obtaining demographics, insurance information, and source of referral
• Handle scheduling requests according to physician and authorization protocols
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience with registration, scheduling, and healthcare benefits is preferred
• Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment and typing skills
