Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Account Resolution Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 75+ inbound and outbound calls daily to resolve patient inquiries
- Conduct daily collections on patient account balances and meet monthly collection goals
- Review patient accounts for billing accuracy and initiate necessary actions for discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- GED/High School Diploma
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Previous negotiations, sales, or collections experience preferred
- Experience in medical collections or revenue cycle preferred but not required
- Fluency in English and Spanish
