Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Account Resolution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 75+ inbound and outbound calls daily to resolve patient inquiries
  • Conduct daily collections on patient account balances and meet monthly collection goals
  • Review patient accounts for billing accuracy and initiate necessary actions for discrepancies
Required Qualifications
  • GED/High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Previous negotiations, sales, or collections experience preferred
  • Experience in medical collections or revenue cycle preferred but not required
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
