Bilingual Patient Accounts Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Representative-Bilingual to assist with medical billing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer billing-related questions and collect payments to ensure patient satisfaction and meet collection goals
• Provide information regarding billing practices and assist patients in resolving outstanding balances
• Work in a fast-paced environment with heavy call volume

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in customer service, insurance, finance, or medical office preferred
• Epic experience preferred
