Bilingual Patient Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Based Bilingual Patient Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients to determine eligibility for medical or disability assistance
• Complete applications and maintain accurate documentation in relevant systems
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with hospital staff and case managers

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior hospital experience preferred
• Professional experience with state and federal programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively
