Bilingual Patient Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Based Bilingual Patient Advocate (PST Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients to determine eligibility for medical or disability assistance
• Complete applications and maintain documentation in relevant systems until approval
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with hospital staff and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior hospital experience preferred
• Professional experience working with state and federal programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes
