A company is looking for a Remote Temp Based Bilingual Patient Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients to determine eligibility for financial assistance
• Complete applications and maintain accurate documentation of cases
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with hospital staff and agencies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior hospital experience preferred
• Professional experience with state and federal programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
