Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Advocate (Spanish and English) - Virtual.

Key Responsibilities

• Support patient engagement activities and provide direct care, including intake and assessments for various health services
• Identify and address psychosocial barriers to care and facilitate linkage to supportive services
• Monitor patient access and retention, maintaining knowledge of resources and participating in quality improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science or public health, or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of direct experience with HIV counseling/testing or case management
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ communities
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must be obtained shortly after hire
