Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Patient Care Manager (French Canadian).
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with ticketing and scheduling systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and decision-making skills
- Strong sense of patience and a friendly disposition in communication
- CPhT certification preferred, with the possibility of obtaining it within 120 days
