Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with ticketing and scheduling systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and decision-making skills
  • Strong sense of patience and a friendly disposition in communication
  • CPhT certification preferred, with the possibility of obtaining it within 120 days
