Bilingual Patient Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Care Representative (Bilingual - English/Spanish) to work part-time on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
• Verify patient information and provide assistance according to client protocols
• Document call activity and maintain HIPAA compliance while ensuring high customer service standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficiency with telephony systems and familiarity with EHR/EMR software
• Knowledge of medical terminology or insurance verification is a plus
