Job Summary
Supporting patient interactions in a full-time remote capacity, the Bilingual Patient Care Representative will respond to inquiries regarding prescriptions and billing, resolve pharmacy-related issues, and maintain accurate patient records while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email regarding prescriptions, refills, and billing
- Resolve pharmacy-related issues efficiently and professionally
- Accurately document and enter data into the system to maintain patient records
Required qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
