Job Summary

Supporting patient interactions in a full-time remote capacity, the Bilingual Patient Care Representative will respond to inquiries regarding prescriptions and billing, resolve pharmacy-related issues, and maintain accurate patient records while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email regarding prescriptions, refills, and billing
  • Resolve pharmacy-related issues efficiently and professionally
  • Accurately document and enter data into the system to maintain patient records
Required qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
