• Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical assistance
• Document patient needs accurately before they speak with a nurse
• Provide compassionate support using customized scripting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience required
• 1-2 years of healthcare experience desired
• Ability to converse in Spanish and document in English simultaneously
• Experience in an inbound call center is preferred
