Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience required
• 1-2 years of healthcare experience desired
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
• Ability to provide a HIPAA-compliant workspace during training and regular shifts
