Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls and engage with potential patients to schedule appointments within 24 hours of receiving referrals
  • Provide clear and accessible information about treatments and address family inquiries
  • Collaborate with sales representatives on managing unresponsive or declined leads
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably with warm leads or customer retention
