Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and engage with potential patients to schedule appointments within 24 hours of receiving referrals
- Provide clear and accessible information about treatments and address family inquiries
- Collaborate with sales representatives on managing unresponsive or declined leads
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably with warm leads or customer retention
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Strong organizational skills
