Bilingual Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time hourly Bilingual Patient Engagement Associate will manage telephonic outreach to families, assist with app enrollment, and communicate services effectively while working remotely in Central or Eastern time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to prospective members and guide them through downloading the Imagine app and scheduling enrollment visits
• Communicate Imagine services to families and address any objections they may have
• Collaborate with the Local Outreach Team to support engagement efforts and meet monthly outreach targets

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of experience in an outreach, customer service, or call center environment focused on outbound communication
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
