A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Engagement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform omnichannel outreach to market and schedule patients for healthcare appointments
• Handle inbound calls and assist patients with pre- and post-visit support needs
• Document interactions effectively in a CRM or EMR and verify insurance for visit scheduling

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
