Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist, Temporary (Bilingual Spanish / EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
• Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily to book appointments with patients
• Educate patients on the importance of receiving in-home health services

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Residence in the eastern time zone
• At least 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience, with 1 year in healthcare
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality service
