Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist, the successful candidate will manage inbound requests, conduct 150 to 200 outbound calls daily, and educate patients on healthcare services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
• Utilize prospecting techniques to engage patients and book appointments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, with 1 year in healthcare
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
• Ability to work eastern time (EDT)
• Experience with Zendesk and Five9 preferred
• Strong communication skills for presenting and explaining information to customers
