Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist (English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, assisting with enrollment via a smartphone app
• Conduct outbound calls to program-eligible patients and convert those calls into enrollments
• Gather patient insights on enrollment experiences to identify areas for growth and improvement

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience in customer support, conducting outbound calls, or converting sales leads is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Tech-savvy and skilled at multitasking in various systems
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
