Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist with Upselling (English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patient program enrollment via a smartphone app
• Conduct outbound calls to program-eligible patients and convert those calls into enrollments
• Create exceptional patient enrollment experiences and share insights with peers

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience with customer support, conducting outbound calls, or converting sales leads
