Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient enrollment activities, the full-time Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist will manage outbound and inbound calls to obtain consents, while also providing training and mentorship to the Enrollment team in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound patient calls to obtain program enrollment consents and address patient questions
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for Enrollment Specialists, providing coaching and feedback
• Serve as a point of contact for enrollment-related training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient enrollment or similar patient-facing roles
• Proven track record of meeting enrollment productivity and quality benchmarks
• Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and consent standards
• Bilingual proficiency is required
