Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the temporary Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist will conduct outbound calls to help patients enroll in programs via a smartphone app, creating exceptional patient experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through the enrollment process
• Conduct outbound calls to program-eligible patients and convert those calls into enrollments
• Gather patient insights to identify areas for growth and improve the enrollment experience

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking members
• Experience in customer support, outbound calling, or sales lead conversion is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and navigate challenges
• Tech-savvy with multitasking abilities to navigate different systems simultaneously
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to work with limited supervision
