Bilingual Patient Financial Rep

Job Summary

Working full-time during the day shift, the Bilingual Patient Financial Rep will manage the timely editing, submission, and follow-up of claims for multiple payer types while providing support and guidance to team members in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensures all clean claims are submitted promptly with required attachments and serves in the supervisor's absence
• Resolves complex issues by coordinating actions among team members, Patient Accounts staff, and payers
• Documents account activity and correspondence accurately within departmental standards

Required qualifications:

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Three years of experience in revenue cycle, finance, customer service, or data analytics
• Extensive knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance policies
• Proficiency in hospital billing systems and insurance verification portals
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and hospital financial assistance programs
