Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative 4 - Customer Service (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures timely submission of clean claims and serves as a substitute for the supervisor or manager when needed
• Resolves complex issues by coordinating with team members and other departments, and provides guidance to promote efficiency
• Documents all account activity accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with departmental standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or three additional years of relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in revenue cycle, finance, customer service, or data analytics
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
• Ability to utilize EPIC for managing patient account information
• Experience in collaborating with insurance providers to resolve billing issues
