Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with patients to pre-register and schedule appointments
• Communicate insurance benefits, estimated costs, and payment options to patients as needed

Required Qualifications

• Three plus years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
