Job Summary

Providing remote recruitment support for high-volume vaccine and flu clinical trials, the Contractor Bilingual Patient Recruitment Specialist will focus on patient outreach, inbound lead follow-up, phone pre-screening, and documentation to create a compassionate recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective clinical trial participants and respond to inbound inquiries
• Pre-screen participants based on study eligibility criteria and schedule qualified individuals for screening visits
• Maintain accurate records across recruitment systems and track outreach activity and patient responses

Required qualifications

• Experience in patient recruitment, call center operations, or healthcare customer service
• Strong professional phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfort with medical terminology and protocol-driven eligibility questions
• Technical aptitude with experience using databases and patient tracking systems
