Bilingual Patient Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Patient Relations Specialist will manage patient inquiries, coordinate with teams for first call resolution, and provide support on services and billing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls from patients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns
• Provide translation support for Spanish-speaking patients and team members
• Conduct Quality Assurance audits on call recordings to offer feedback for coaching

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of work-related experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written skills
• Outstanding customer service skills demonstrated through prior experience
