Bilingual Patient Service Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Service Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and contact patients and referring physician offices
• Follow prescribed scripts to gather and provide information during scheduling/pre-registration calls
• Enter patient data into applicable computer systems and escalate calls as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experience
• Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and ability to work well with physicians, patients, and coworkers
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
