- Interviews patients to gather necessary medical, financial, demographic, and insurance information
- Communicates scheduling changes and navigates interactions between patients and healthcare staff
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or GED
- Experience: No prior experience required
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in healthcare, is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems is advantageous
