Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Service Representative 1 to join the team in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handles inbound calls to support patients in scheduling and registration processes
• Communicates effectively with patients and staff regarding appointment needs and changes
• Meets contact center metrics to ensure efficient call handling and patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• Prior experience in customer service with a focus on patient satisfaction
• Experience in a high-volume call center or centralized scheduling environment is preferred
• Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems and/or patient management software
