Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency while following established workflows
• Interview patients to gather necessary medical, financial, demographic, and insurance information
• Communicate scheduling changes and coordinate with healthcare staff to address patient needs

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• Experience in patient scheduling within a healthcare setting
• Prior experience providing telephonic support to patients
• Familiarity with Epic scheduling modules is preferred
