Job Summary
Bilingual Patient Service Representative is a fully remote, full-time position responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to patient inquiries, and managing appointment scheduling while working a consistent 4-day schedule totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text messaging
- Reschedule appointments and manage patient inquiries with empathy
- Verify insurance and maintain documentation in the EMR system
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare call center preferred
- Experience verifying medical insurance coverage
- Ability to navigate EMR systems
