Bilingual Patient Service Representative, responsible for providing remote support to patients through scheduling, appointment changes, and insurance verification in a full-time role with a consistent 4-day work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text to assist with scheduling and inquiries
• Verify insurance coverage and confirm appointment details
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system and manage patient follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a healthcare call center or medical office preferred
• Experience with EMR systems or healthcare scheduling platforms preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
