Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the remote Bilingual Patient Service Center Representative will manage patient communications via phone, email, and text, assist with scheduling and insurance verification, and ensure a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with patients through various channels to assist with scheduling, appointment changes, and general inquiries
- Verify insurance eligibility and maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system
- Collaborate with clinic teams to enhance the patient experience and meet departmental quality metrics
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a healthcare call center or medical office preferred
- Experience with EMR systems or healthcare scheduling platforms preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
