Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing cardiology practice, the full-time Remote Bilingual Patient Service Specialist will provide outstanding service by scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and collaborating with healthcare providers while working from home after initial training in Miami, Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and assist patients with inquiries
• Engage in active listening to clarify information and address patient concerns
• Utilize software and tools to manage patient interactions and coordinate consultations

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 1 year of medical office or healthcare-focused call center experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology for effective communication
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Must reside in the Miami Florida area and have high-speed internet access
