Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Health Patient Services Coordinator (Remote) - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and build rapport with patients through phone and video interactions
- Verify patient insurance and communicate first visit expectations to new patients
- Assist the Digital Health team with enrollment processes and perform additional administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Previous customer service experience within the last two years is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) is required
