Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Health Patient Services Coordinator (Remote) - Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and build rapport with patients through phone and video interactions
  • Verify patient insurance and communicate first visit expectations to new patients
  • Assist the Digital Health team with enrollment processes and perform additional administrative duties as needed


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Previous customer service experience within the last two years is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) is required
