Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative - Communications Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a high volume of incoming calls from patients
• Listening to patient concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Assisting patients in scheduling appointments and documenting relevant information

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of college
• 2 years of administrative experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience using Microsoft Office, internet, and email
• Good written and verbal communication skills
