Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative I - Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve patient/client calls professionally, ensuring a positive impression
• Review accounts to obtain insurance information, process payments, and refer accounts as necessary
• Perform pre-verifications for eligibility and communicate Patient Services issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
• Previous call center experience is highly desirable
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts preferred
