Bilingual Patient Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative I - Remote - Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve patient/client calls professionally, ensuring a positive impression
• Review accounts to take appropriate actions such as obtaining insurance information and processing payments
• Update patient accounts and notes based on actions or requests

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a healthcare setting or insurance-related field
• Previous call center experience is highly desirable
• Fluency in Spanish (oral and written) is a plus
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts preferred
