Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Patient Support Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 75+ inbound calls daily, assisting patients and providers with scheduling, referrals, and medication refills
- Meet performance goals for patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
- Utilize multiple software systems and chat channels to document and resolve customer needs during calls
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 40 hours a week, between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST from Monday to Friday
