Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Patient Support Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 75+ inbound calls daily, assisting patients and providers with scheduling, referrals, and medication refills
  • Meet performance goals for patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
  • Utilize multiple software systems and chat channels to document and resolve customer needs during calls
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 40 hours a week, between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST from Monday to Friday
