Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Patient Support Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
  • Provide customer service by resolving complex patient issues and acting as a patient advocate
  • Utilize systems to assist customers with appointments, authorizations, claims, and benefits
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service-based role
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work full-time Tuesday-Saturday during specified business hours
