Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Patient Support Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet performance goals in patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance
- Provide customer service by resolving complex patient issues and acting as a patient advocate
- Utilize systems to assist customers with appointments, authorizations, claims, and benefits
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service-based role
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work full-time Tuesday-Saturday during specified business hours
