Bilingual Patient Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting patients and healthcare providers in a hybrid environment, the Bilingual Patient Support Specialist will provide timely and empathetic assistance through various communication channels while working remotely three days a week and onsite in Morrisville, NC, two days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally and compliantly
• Build relationships with patients and healthcare staff through active listening and solution-oriented communication
• Document patient interactions accurately and adhere to regulatory and data privacy standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Flexibility to work adjusted schedules or additional hours as needed
