Job Summary

Providing empathetic support in a hybrid capacity, the Bilingual Patient Support Specialist will assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting concerns, and maintaining accurate documentation within a pharmaceutical contact center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers through active listening and solution-oriented communication
  • Document patient interactions accurately and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Flexibility to work adjusted schedules or additional hours as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
