Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients in navigating payment processes for child support, ensuring effective communication in both English and Spanish while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Manage account reactivations and password requests for users accessing the payment processing website
• Provide administrative support by performing processing tasks to ensure smooth operations

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to high-speed internet (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
