Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients in navigating payment processes and account management remotely while ensuring exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with payment inquiries and account reactivations
• Provide administrative support through processing tasks and document reviews
• Deliver warm, empathetic customer service while addressing client needs and resolving issues

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to a stable internet connection (25 MBPS or higher)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
