Bilingual Payment Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients in navigating payment processes for child support while working remotely and ensuring exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist Parents Paying Support, Employers, and Payroll service providers with payment inquiries and account management
• Perform administrative tasks related to payment processing and client support
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and resolve issues in a warm and empathetic manner

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
