Job Summary

Providing essential support for child support payment processing, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients by reviewing documents, answering inquiries, and navigating the payment system while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and process payment-related documents for clients across the United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with account reactivations and payment inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish, ensuring a positive experience for users

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to reliable internet at home (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
