Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients with child support payment processing, ensuring effective communication in both English and Spanish while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Navigate users through the website, reactivate accounts, and manage password requests
• Perform administrative tasks to support business operations and enhance customer service

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Internet connection at home with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
