Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients with child support payment processing, helping users navigate the website and manage their accounts remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Perform administrative support tasks, including processing and data management
• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish, ensuring a positive experience for users

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to high-speed internet (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
